The UK self-regulatory system places great emphasis on the prevention of breaches and works to promote high compliance with the Advertising Codes. CAP and the Copy Advice team, in cooperation with the ASA, routinely provide advice and training to advertisers, agencies, media owners and legal advisers on advertising regulations and the requirements of the Advertising Codes. These range from short and sharp sector specific events to bespoke seminars dedicated to one company and its needs.

CAP supports the industry’s commitment and boosts compliance by providing bespoke training and advice to companies, often in cooperation with the ASA.
