Express Advice Service and a new Online Interface

Occasionally our customers ask for a fast-track copy advice service. We can sometimes accommodate these requests but it’s harder to do so during busier periods and it inevitably has adverse implications for other Copy Advice customers.
So, from today, we’re launching a new chargeable Express Advice service, which delivers copy advice within four hours. This will mean, for example, that copy advice requests submitted before 2pm would be turned-around that same day.
By helping us to manage our workflow, Express Advice ensures we deliver the best service to the most amount of customers, whilst making suitable provision for fast-track copy advice.
The price is £240 (£200 + VAT) per enquiry or, if you pay upfront through our online payment service you will receive a 15% discount resulting in a reduced price of £204 (£170 + VAT).

Online Enquiry Form
To improve our customers’ experience and to help maximise the time we spend giving expert copy advice, we are - today - launching an online Copy Advice enquiry form.
This new form:
- provides customers with an easy way to upload their requests, and
- lessens the time we spend on administration, which means more time spent on you.
Please note that from 5pm on Friday 10 June we will no longer accept copy advice requests to either of our advice@cap.org.uk or copyadvice@cap.org.uk email addresses.

In the meantime, please endeavour to use the new online interface and we will send out a reminder about the existing email addresses in good time before the 10 June cut-off date.
You will still be able to contact us by phone on the usual number (020 7492 2100) and the wealth of online guidance will of course still be available to all registered users.
